From the folks who brought you ChattaAtlNashKnoxNoogaVille 1, 2, 3, and are going to try to apologize for #4...

We are happy to bring you the latest installment of this popular Dance Extravaganza.

THE QUAD CITY EVENT: This event was inspired by Shirley’s Dance Studio, where Atlanta, Knoxville, Nashville, and Chattanooga dancers met once following Swinging in the Park in August and for the first Chatta-Atl-Nash-Knox-Nooga ville in December. Everyone had such a great time that dancers Mike “Moose” Cobb and Bobby “Slicky Shoes” White from Atlanta invite all the cities back for a big holiday celebration. All of you are invited!

More specifc details to come as we take the 5-10 minutes to think of amuzing, entertaining, and generally madcap and zany antics...but here's what we have at this time

DECEMBER 9th, 2006
SHIRLEY'S DANCE CLUB
8133 East Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN

8:00 PM to ? (See, that "?" indicates it's going to be crazy!)
COST: $10
Friends, Frolic, and Frivolity.

One more day! Just a few more hours until the Swing Scene explodes onto the floor in Chattanooga...

DJ's battling it out all night long! Abigail from Nashville! Jim Wheatley from
Atlanta (we think) Daniel from Knoxville! Gina from Atlanta! Chris from, well, he's kind of from his own world... and of course Moose and Slicky Shoes will be throwing down some tunes as well. A wide variety of music and mayhem.

But wait, there's more...

"So You Thought You Could Have Danced!" Contest - A little different format, but oh so many wonderful surprises...
Couples will dance for the general amusement and confusion of the crowd.* Make sure to sign up!

Thanks Moose & Bobby... and excellent time as usual!

It was a really nice change of pace for me--I've been in a little dance rut lately and it was great to just be in a different venue with different folks for a night.

Austin said he had a blast, too, but he doesn't do the "inter-web," so I'm sending on his thanks & congrats.
