Location Agnes Scott - Woltz Room
Notes Included AVS Class
The art of solo dancing fast When Superman is flying 300 miles an hour it looks fast to others but it doesn't feel that fast to him and it doesn't need to feel that fast for us dancing either. Still, before learning to move or be moved by a partner at speeds above 200bpm, it is important to learn how to move yourself above these speeds. In this class you will learn how to solo dance and make it feel like you are going at a jogging speed (175-200bpm) when you are really flying by at 250 - 300bpm.
