Can't upload avatars

I get the following error when I try to upload an avatar:

The moderator who handles issues of this nature is MIA.

We think he's traveled to Belarus to "deal" with a spammer...

It was either that...or somewhere in Spain...but he doesn't speak Spanish...

Okay, I don't know if this did anything, but I tired. It claimed that you had permission for avatar upload/viewing (the "yes" box was clicked). So, I tried denying you permission, saving that, and then allowing again, and saving that (just to sort of reset it). ... I don't know if that did anything. Try your avatar again. If it doesn't work, well, when Nima returns from his quest, he can fix better.

Yea. I'm still having problems. This is the full error message I'm getting.

Should fix this issue straight away.
